Particles, Fluids, Materials and Lighting
Purpose of this project was to create an interesting effect with the water and 3D object collision. We can see the sphere made out of water colliding with a cube and creating an interesting effect that seems like its in the space without gravity. The effect is achieved by animating a 3D object going from left to right with a sphere in the middle. The simulation is set so that the particles representing the water stick to the object and dont go flying everywhere. In other examples additional particles are added which are being created from the points on the original simulation. The red “ropes” are constraints that are connecting all of the particles and restraining their movement throughout the animation. The studio lighting is achieved by adding 3 lights and the material of the water is applied on the object to make it more realistic.
